Revival Baptist Church
Loving Christ. Serving Others.
Who We Are
Our History
Revival Baptist Church began as a home Bible study on July 11, 2024. As the Bible study continued to move forward, God provided the financial means and the meeting place for us to hold our first Sunday service on September 7, 2025.
As we celebrate one year of God’s blessings in our church, we continue to see our congregation grow, both in numbers, but more importantly, in our closeness with the Lord and with each other. Our ministries are continuing to expand as we have soul wining every Saturday, a children’s class every Sunday during the worship service and a growing and vibrant music ministry.
Here you will find a church that loves the Lord, loves each other, and loves the city of Riverside.
Our Pastor
Pastor Daniel Ward, his wife Holly, and their five children came to Riverside in 2022 with the goal of planting a new church. Pastor Ward and his wife are originally from the San Diego area, and they are excited for the opportunity of continuing to serve the Lord in Southern California.
Pastor Ward was called to preach at his home church’s missions conference in October of 2013. As he continued to serve in his local church and receive his Masters in Ministry through correspondence courses, God began to burden him about the need for more churches, specifically in his home state of California. In March of 2021 Pastor Ward and his family stepped out by faith and raised financial support for this new work.
For Pastor Ward and his wife Holly, Southern California is not just a mission field, it’s home!
